Gastric Bypass Patients
December 22nd, 2008 | by admin |

Does anyone know how many calories a gastric bypass patient can eat after surgery?
Ok, I’m over 300lbs and was thinking about GBS. But I thought I’d take one more whack at doing it the old fashioned way. It’s working! I’m on a great diet that keeps calories down and keeps me full. I just was wondering how much I could cut the calories.
Congrats. I was 340 earlier this year and am down to 280 by eating more healthy foods, eating unhealthy ones in tiny amounts, and exercising. I thought about the lapband or gastric bypass, but I just wasn’t ready for the risk.
This will show you how many calories it takes to maintain your current weight.

If you eat less than this daily, you will slowly loose weight.
Good luck.
