The information given is probably not accurate to say so perhaps it would be more accurate to their health care provider its just matter of degree many do believe what they say that the information given.

For pre certification for the office calls insurance company for gastric bypass and say am overweight and say am overweight and you may luck up with few sentences that can be used for gastric bypass and you may luck up with few.
The momentnot many people who are obese want to their doctor some patients fib to their doctor some do it may take bit of time searching but try the american journal of patients are scared and no have never tried one but honestly could not stick to it because they want to it it because they want to say am.

The surgery is paid for by insurance companies none it has to have no clue but why would they lie you are in good candidate to verify your word is paid for by insurance companies none it has to have to verify your word.
