Weight loss jump start after gastric bypass?

I had gastric bypass about 7 months, I have been in that stupid plateau stage for about a month now. Which normal I know, but I have been stuck at 80 lbs weight loss for a month. I just cant seem to get beyond the 180 mark on the scale. Any suggestions from other Gastric Bypass Patients would be great! Not getting discouraged, I know it will come off, just want to know if there is anything I can do to help it along again!

My walking 45 miles day days week im one year out of surgery and started losing weight again.
