We thought it was tricomosis and was treated, but it did’nt help. my doctor mentioned that it could be the ph and not tric.

I can’t imagine that GBS causes the pain. Both my brother and I have had the surgery and neither of us is suffering in any way sexually. She should see a doctor. It may be that her body isn’t secreting enough fluids to make sex enjoyable. Until then, try some lubrication.
